Precision Tune Up Procedures:
- Check and tighten electrical connections
- Measure voltage & amperage on motors
- Lubricate all moving parts (if applicable)
- Check cleanliness of condenser coil
- Check thermostat calibration and adjust when necessary
- Check cleanliness of evaporator coil (if accessible)
- Clean condensate drains
- Measure temperature & pressure readings
- Clean and adjust burner assembly
- Clean ignition assembly
- Clean heat exchanger or elements
- Monitor start up capabilities
- Change filter when provided from customer
- Visually check for cleanliness of air filters and blower assembly
- Test safety controls
- Measure for correct temperature rise
